[Bugs] Mi Unlock Tool Couldn't Unlock

Currently have a MI 9T Pro on 11.3.3.0 and its giving me an error when I try to unlock the phone with the Mi Unlock Tool.The error says "Sorry, your MI ID is not associated with a phone number".I've tried multiple things, account settings are fine and I can login with my phone number as well which makes this a weird bug. After translating the chinese characters in the description, there seems to be something wrong with my account.
