Hello Mi FansToday im going to bring you a thread from one of our Global Mi Community Super ModeratorsMuz_parayMi Flash Pro Tool is a versatile tool which can flash via recovery and fastboot. It can download any MIUI ROM directly without searching in other places. It is universal flasher for both MTK and Qualcomm phones as it contains SP Flashtool and Mi Flash at the same time. It flashes phone via recovery mode, without unlocking Bootloader. Note: I have not checked flash via recovery mode on locked BL as I don't have any device with locked BL. Please share if you were able to flash via Locked BL.Mi Flash Pro comes with both English and China versions. From the English version, you can download Global Roms and from China version tool you can download China Version Roms.Let's have a walk through of the features of the tool in detail:1. Download the tool from the belows links:Mi Flash Pro English : Download HereMi Flash Pro China : Download HereSome issue with links, Uploading hereG Drive Link : China VersionG Drive Link : English VersionNote: Mi Flash Pro will be auto-updated to the latest version after installing. 2. After installing the tool, you can connect your phone to get the details as below. The phone is connected in power on mode and details are auto-populated. 3. The second Tab is for recovery as well as fastboot flashing. If we connect phone in recovery mode the tool will detect it and show recovery flashing options, but if we connect phone in fastboot mode same recovery tab will detect it as fastboot and give options to flash ROM via fastboot method. Here are the screenshots for reference. Note: Choose correct ROM for your device.4. The third tab is for MTK devices, Redmi Note 3 MTK, Note 4 MTK, Redmi Pro Etc. It will open SP Tools. You can search for flashing guides.5. The fourth tab is for MI Flash Tool, It is a tool commonly used for flashing Mi devices. You can search for flashing guides.6. The fifth tab is for device manager. 7. The sixth tab is ROM packages, Here you can download as well as get all the latest ROM links for your devices. Search your device to get ROM links. Note: For Global ROM links use English version and for China ROM links use China version. There is an option in settings to choose which ROM you want to see in ROM packages but it doesn't work for me. If it is working for you, please share it here.8. The last one is the history tab for download and flashing history. 9. You can check for new updates in about page.I have flashed Mi 5x with recovery tab in fastboot mode but could not try recovery mode with locked BL. Please share your flashing experience for users.
