Got a xiaomi pad 4 in china and would to change its rom to global, is there and tutorial/tips/ intructions available?

There is no global rom as of now. But you can flash xiaomi.eu rom if you unlock the bootloader or install Google on Chinese Miui .

I installed google on Chinese Miui, but there are still a lot of Chinese apps, also Search is with chinese hierogrifs. What would be the easiest way to get rid out of Chinese?

So we should install xiaomi.eu ROM by TWRP to ged rid of Chinese apps and languages on search bars, etc.
