MY NAME IS KRISHNA ADHIKARY. MY MOBILE IS REDMI 4. I bought it a few days ago. It started to give me the auto touch problem, And I immediately take it to customer care. They take and say they will see the organization then fix it. I was called in the afternoon that the mobile was fixed. They said the display of the mobile has been changed. But I thoroughly checked that they did not change the display. I made trouble there and they were caught and admitted that they did not change the display because they did not get any problems. They kept the mobile protector very well so that I understand that they have changed the display.After a lot of trouble, they have stored the mobile to cover their faults. After three or four days they returned me mobile. The problem of mobile is not resolved. They(serviceing center) behaveing me very badly. I complained about this in MI-customer care but they did not take any action.
