Your love for Xiaomi products has always been overwhelming. At Xiaomi, we are constantly working towards providing great shopping experience to all our fans. Having said that, today we are introducing a new feature on mi.com - Estimated Delivery Time (EDT). EDT allows you to track your order(s) in real-time in a matter of seconds. Now, instead of calling Xiaomi customer support to understand your delivery timelines, you can just logon to mi.com, head to the My Account and click on My Orders to know your shipment's estimated delivery timeline. What is the estimated delivery time?
Seller generally ships and delivers the item(s) within the time specified on the product page. Business/ working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
How is the delivery time calculated?
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- Product(s) selected
- The destination pin-code e.g. 110014 to which you want the order to be shipped to
- Seller's location
Delivery time is calculated basis historical data of delivery timelines for orders originating from the entered pin-code. Delivery timelines might vary in a few cases depending on the above mentioned factors.
Can delivery time be different than the time range shown on the product page?
It is our constant endeavour to deliver quality products in the defined time-range. However, it is possible that our delivery partners might observe a non-working day between the day you place your order and the defined date of delivery. In such a scenario, there could be a delay in delivery of your order. Some delivery partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in the delivery time-line which you see after placing the order.
