xiaomi 11T top speaker problem - Mi 11 Series - Xiaomi Community

I bought my 11T 2 weeks ago but I noticed the top speaker sound less than the one on the bottom. ¿is this normal or should I return my Phone?

Also in a few calls the person who i'm talking with, tell me that cant hear me clearly

In my Xiaomi 11t Charging Port which is also working as Audio Jack is not working properly. As I connect my Earphones sound doesn't come from earphones instead it comes from mobile's external speakers. please solve this issue

I have the 11T , the upper speaker has less volume than the lower one , but still very decent
