[Q&A] Can't update to MIUI 12.5.3

I have Redmi Note 8 Pro Global - MIUI 12.5.1.
I got notification for new update 12.5.3
When I tab on the notification it sends me back to home screen. When I open settings - About phone - tab on 12 MIUI logo at top left, nothing happens.
I tried "Activity launcher" from Google Play and searched for "System Update", I found 2 options:
1- Dynamic system updates: It gives me error: Java Exception - Permission: Denial.
2- Google Play Store: It launched Google Play (Not MIUI) updater but it says no updates.

Issue resolved by downloading the ROM Package from MI site then Install the Activity Launcher app from Play Store then after you install, type "Updater" on search tab.
When opened, click on 3 dots at the top right of the screen and click on "select update package" and select the package from internal storage.

I tried that. I downloaded : Xiaomi System apps updater 21.8.26.568  from APKMirror and still the same issue.

The video I shared from https://www.reddit.com/r/Xiaomi/comments/pr4pjp/how_can_i_update/ shows exactly what happens with me. The same version.
I first thought it's disk space issue since I only have about 7GB left, but I found the other guy in the video has about 50GB of free space and still face the issue.
Many people at multiple forums are reporting the same issue as well.

there are no existance of three dots. whats to do for that.
