Haha thanks for placing my videos into this list! I'd like to add that the device that allowed me to bring these videos to you guys is none other than the 2018 smash hit the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3!

It's still a brilliant device and I still prefer it over even the newer more powerful Mi 10T Pro if you can believe it. The slider hiding the selfie cam has been my party trick since I got it and people are still amazed whenever we do a selfie and out comes the snap, the sound effect and the big reveal of MIX 3's impressive 24MP camera with depth of field thanks to a secondary camera next to it.

With the brand new first of its kind CUP in the MIX 4 we're now moving into yet another phase of Xiaomi's innovative technologies that it brings to the MIX series. It's incredible how invisible it is. If not for the screen protector it comes with that has a camera cut out you'd never be able to notice. Leave it to Xiaomi to make something like this possible. I still remember talking about it with my colleague one day at work. It was just at the start of the notch phase when Apple made the forehead phone. Back then we were still ogling my awesome original MIX with the then super innovative edge to edge bezelless display. (These days everything is a bezelless display following its lead.) My friend suggested that why don't OEMs just place the camera under the screen to which I actually said that wouldn't be possible since the screen isn't just a piece of glass. Well look who has egg on my face! He was totally right!
