[Review] Deliver Not Received And Blue Dart put wron Allegation

Company delivery mechanism is not good.i have preorder Redmi 4A with advance payment of 5999 on Date 8th September 2017 & company has deliver item on 9th September 2017 but till date I have received item due to its logistic partner mistake( Blue dart).They deliver item to wrong person to wrong address.
They further put wrong allegation on customer that they has deliver their item whatever when I ask him can you evidence further they denied me and told me that you can do any complain regard this.
What type deliver mechanism & service mechanism is provide bi Mi .In future date I told to Mi customer not to purchases preorder item with advance payment .only purchases cash on delivery to ignore such threat.

it will take some time to resolve the problem stay calm. I've been duped on pre-paid orders twice but got them solved by contacting the respective sites.
