Did you do the factory reset after this update?  It is also better that you download the update with wifi internet.  After each major update, such as an upgrade to the Android version, due to optimizations made on the new Android, new codes are considered for the miui user interface, which sometimes cause bugs and problems due to interference with the old code.  Before the update and after the update, do the factory reset so that the above problems do not occur.  .Thanks !

Factory Reset also does not work.

Go to the update section. Then click on the number 12 a few times until a message appears, then hit the three dots and reach the recovery settings, where you can apply a factory reset.

Is this method different compared to directly factory reset under About Phone menu? Because this factory reset doesn't work for me. My phone still buggy all the time. That's really sad.

It does the same thing.  If you still have a bug, flash it with the full ROM.  The best type of bug fix is a complete flash, but if you have a bug, there is a problem with the update and the company must fix it
