Phone build stuck on old version - Mi A3 - Xiaomi Community

Hi,
My french xiaomi A3 is still running build : qssi-user 10 QKQ1.190910.002 V11.0.8.0.QFQEUXM
I have readthat a new version just came out (V12.0.8.0.RFQMIXM) but many exist between those two.

System update is not showing anything is avialable of course. I have tried reboot, removing sim cards, killing the update checker "app" and rebooting but nothing works.

Am I the only one ?

the letters "EU" which are among the last 4 letters of your version mark that your phone is based on eu rom. see those letters in newer version anywhere?

You are right I have a EU version, on https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/laurel/ they have version V12.0.5.0.RFQEUXM avialable

wait for the OTA uodate. i know that does't guarantee nothing for this brand but at least in case of error,you will get update

Since April many new updates have been released but my phone is still stuck with a 1 year old build.

It is disappointing for an android one device :(

I am the only one with this issue ? I purchased the phone in an official xiaomi store !

Unfortunatly, it's the same for me. No security update since sept 2020 ....
