Someone in the Poco Community app suggested installing Activity launcher app, search storage and then clearing cache which I have done.<br>
Did it yesterday afternoon and so far no forced reboots. But may be too soon to tell.<br>
I'll give a feedback here in a few days.

First restart your X3 NFC. Go to Settings, Display, Refresh Rate to select 60 Hz. Means Settings, Applications, Manage apps enter in "Battery and performance" and choose the option to clean the app dates, present at the bottom left. Now go back in Settings, Display, Refresh Rate to set 120 Hz again.
