Redmi Note 9S microphone problem - Redmi Note 9/S/Pro - Xiaomi Community

Hi,
I got two Note 9S devices and both of them have this problem. The problem is that microphone volume is very low that I have to set the speaker volume to maximum to hear my voice. I tested this in camera, recording and telegram voice messages, all of them had this problem.
I checked microphones with *#*#6484#*#* and I had to shout to pass the test.
I'm not sure but it seems that this problem does not affect calls and in calling the microphone volume is ok.
As I have two of these devices it is either both of them have a hardware problem or this is a miui bug.
Please help me I am very disappointed.

P.S: My MIUI version is 12.0.3

This did not solve my problem. I did a factory reset but the problem remains unsolved.

if it is a software problem and cannot fix it flash a custom rom i would recommend gaming roms like shark os color os ar hydrogen os which runs on android 11
