mi watch lite touch screen problem - Mi Gadgets - Xiaomi Community

I recently buy mi watch lite a month ago, it works fine. Now it's touch screen does not work. I change clock screen from mobile and it changes but touch does not work.

I restart by pressing the side button 15 seconds. Problem not solved. I try to reset by revoke from mobile and try to connect. And to connect I need to pair by pressing agree on watch which I cannot because touch is not working. Help me please

I have the same problem. Touch screen is not working properly. Sometimes I am able to select something by touch but it is rare. Also it is very slow when I press the left button.

Does anyone knows about this bug?

im not quite sure
if you navigate using phone does it work?
try to do a factory reset if you can
if not then it must be hardware problem

Yes, it works when navigate using phone. I am able to update screen and so on.

I already did factory reset. It not work. I had the same problem.

The screen works sometime on the first touch but then it stop working.

This problem after monitoring a 6h exercise activite, when I stop the exercise the watch gets slow. Then I had to reset and it never been the same. I am very disappointed with mi watch lite so far.

Same problem here. Got it two weeks ago, since one week the touch screen isn't working. Is it a hardware problem? I will call support the next week.

I got a very very small progress updating to the last version 4.1.20. But it it too far to be ok.
Now, It looks like the hardware is too slow.
If I reset (by holding right button for 10 sec) the touch screen works sometimes but after some seconds start to get slow and after a few more seconds I am not able to touch screen anymore. It seems the hardware is too busy to process the my touch.
Sometimes, when I touching it, the screen change many times in just one second, it seems the watch was processing my touches and run it all in once.
Sometime I am able to select some itens like, menu, activity, heart rate, sleep but it looks like the processor is busy because is too slow to process.
