I have been stressing with this bug since the update to Android 10.
I can't post stories on Instagram longer than 15 seconds, otherwise the video will not be published... It can't even be downloaded!
I know from the forums that Mi 9 had a similar problem but they fixed it with an update.

Now that I got the Android 11 update I thought that I would finally get rid of that bug... no deal.

I still have the same problem.

Is anyone having the same issue? Did anybody found a fix that isn't using a third party app to split the video into 15s chucks and publishing one by one?
