Hiiii.... you bought that device from  New or after Used from anyuser?  if a New and official you can visiting nearest a Mi Service Centre to fix that soon, but if you are buy from another user kindly back it off that seller to do Logout a find device in a cloud and Mi account. that all my suggest to make your device can use normal again, thus hope can help you

Kalau beli SECARA SAH samaada baru atau second hand, boleh reset akaun di pusat servis rasmi Xiaomi dengan syarat:

1. Mesti kemukakan (salah satu) RESIT atau KOTAK atau KEDUA-DUAnya sekali.
2. Caj dikenakan (RM80).
