Hi everyone, anyone having trouble with the ee app, won't load, keeps giving phone configuration error messages, installed updates and latest version of the app.

The original app stopped working, I unistalled it then downloaded the app again but it still won't open

I have the exact same problem with my Poco F2 Pro phone. I'm told by EE they don't supply/sell this phone & I need to contact Xiaomi for support. Has anyone sorted theirs?

Pure nonsense, the app is supposed to work (and did, until the latest update) on any phone, as long as they are on EE. Basically relying on the ''we have no clue'' script.

I've downloaded the latest version from the Play store. I even deleted and reinstalled a few times as well as downloading the APK. Nothing is working. Apparently has to do with EE not having settings for the Xiaomi phones or some such nonsense

Daft question, but have you tried using mobile data instead of wifi? That might help.

Not daft at all 😄. Yes have tried with WiFi, disabled WiFi, disabled the other SIM, switched SIM tray, restarted, etc. Seems to be an EE issue although they're not taking responsibility. Other network apps are working
