[Q&A] Problem after updating my phone,please help

Hi!after updating my phone MIUI global 11.0.11 my wifi doesn't work ( it doesn't open) neither my bluetooth. It also doesn't recognize my sim card. How can i downgrade it without wifi?  i tried on settingsabout phone system update select package update and i have a zip from a previous version but it says it needs wifi. Is there something else i can do?If i try to reboot the phone, does it need wifi? (i have tried and return to factory settings and nothing change).

If you have unlocked your bootloader you can downgrade using the MiFlash utility and the complete ROM package, otherwise you can't.

i think my bootloader waslocked, i actually went to a computer technician and he will tell me in a few days if he can downgrade it(i didn't attempt it because i read about ARB , i was a little afraid ) but if he doesn't fix it ,i will attempt on my on. I have already downloaded Mi flash tools, and a previous MIUI ,but i haven't reaserchedyethow to unlock bootloader. Is it difficult?

the problem is not in the update .. because i have 11.0.11.0 and everything is working so well
