[Q&A] Mi Smart bulb error

I acquired a light Mi smart bulb when I turn on it gives red, green, blue and white light ... every time I turn on the light it gives that sequence. I tried to restart the factory equipment but I can't do it. any solution to repair the equipment?

normally a reset will make the light flicker in different colors ..but your case is indeed strange...it could be possible your mi led is broken. even though they are very well made and very less defects...it can always happen.

try to contact the seller , provide a video and see if they can help you out.
