[Q&A] Redmi 7 Miui 12 and Android 10 ???

Hi, when will Redmi 7, first of all, receive BETA VERSION of Miui 12 in China, and later Global version??? It is end of the year and developers still doesnt start developing Miui 12 for this device... Me and many other Redmi 7 users are so disapointed, device from 2019 still stuck in Android 9 Pie, no promised Android 10 update, also no Miui 12...

This company needs to sober up. They should at least clearly communicate their plans for devices. There is no way Redmi 7 cannot handle an update that Redmi 7A can. The reasons they give us are false. If they don't give us a proper response soon, I'll move away from this brand asap and encourage everyone I know to do so as well. Shame, seeing as I've never been so satisfied with a phone before this Redmi 7.

Redmi 7 will not get MIUI 12?!? It is a very disappointing decision of the company. I will move away from this brand ASAP as well. Shame, because all members of my family are using Redmi but from now on we will all abandon this brand. If this company cannot provide new MIUI and don't want to take care about their users and their phone security, there is no need to be a user of the products of this company. I planned to buy Redmi Note 9s to replace my Redmi 7, but after this I am not sure what will be in the future and maybe the company will decide that it cannot provide any new MIUI for Redmi Note 9s. So, better to stay away from this brand.
