My main use of a tablet is for the  app called ireal. It's an app for musicians  You can download chord charts for thousands of songs or make your own ones. ideal for practice or live gigs. You can run it on a phone but it's much more comfortable to use a tablet. it also plays the songs with numerous styles and you can change the tempo and key. I know many musicians that are using this app
