I really like xiaomi but fix updates pls. I buyed Redmi note 7 month ago, it is his second update.
Trying to update: error
Me: ok, lets download update by ourselves
Me: *tries to download update on a phone and computer*
Website: nop, not today, tomorrow or ever
Literally can't update my phone and every day it sends notification "New update", but I can't update it. It is annoying. Pls fix it, someone help

when trying to download it from website, it shows error as well (not able to download), but i am able to download photos, videos etc.

i am trying to download it but it says that you have problem with connection, I was trying to do it on my laptop and phone nothing works but other websites like google, YouTube work fine
