I had used redmi note 4 for almost 3 years and now I have bought redmi note 9S few months before. I am encountering a problem in calling which I haven't experienced in redmi note 4. Many people have reported me that they are unable to hear me properly during SIM Calling. My voice is usually cut and distorted to them. This problem is only on GSM calling and WhatsApp callings are going fine. I have tested my microphones and they are working fine. The problem seems to me in the software. I have been waiting for the updates to resolve this issue but 2 months have passed and the problem still exists. |
