Let's talk about android one.... It is.... Well not good and not toooo bad. But overall experience is bad. There is chineese version of A2 and that's Mi 6X, so basically let people choose what they want use Android 9 based MIUI or Android 10 AOSP aka android one. The issues don't get fixed, battery life is awfull and if the bug gets fixed it is something critical. Devs wont have much work to do, just make global version, use kernel of Mi 6X and rename few things to Mi A2, jasmine_sprout. Let people choose what they want. Like making on download page MIUI section and android one section for A2/Lite. Because let's be honest, Xiaomi developers are used to make MIUI and no AOSP, they can't make big changes and by this it would be still android one phone but MIUI would be additional software which customer gotta install themselves and Xioami wont than break any android one rules. |
