Dear user, thank you for your query if you are mobile network signal is very poor you can contract your sim operator company. you should be feedback to developer. I think it's your Sim  operator company issue.

its not sim companies issue, its device issue because other device network is full and clear..

I have the same problem that started happening after Android 10 update (Currently running the latest June 1 update). I have tried the following-

1. Factory Reset
2. Used Different Operator Sims
3. Used 1 Sim
4. Reset Network Settings
5. Changed Preferred Network from  4g to 3g, and GSM Only.

Still the issue persists. Now I have given up on Xiaomi A2 Lite for now and using an older Samsung Smartphone and strangely enough the same sim is working there without any issue.
