[Other] Redmi Note 8 MIUI 11.0.5.0 (India) - What was fixed?

So I got the MIUI 11.0.5.0 India updatenon my Redmi Note 8 today after a long time. The update says they optimized some system performance while leaving the basics unfixed. I still can't use Netflix and similarly secure apps cos PlayStore says the device is uncertified, just like it was on 11.0.4.  This is bad!

Yes, I unlocked the bootloader to install the Indian ROM, because the Global ROM doesn't have MIUI Dialer and Contacts app. But I'm not rooted.

Now I get it. I'm gonna reflash the ROM and lock the bootloader this time. But it's really gonna take a long time to reinstall my apps back. I've got some heavy games.
Thanks for your input brother
