Just type the commands as written in the first comment. Make sure you open the command prompt in the folder with platform tools. Connect your device and type the comments. It's highlighted in blue colour, if you are checking this from a PC.

first install ADB for Windows on your laptop, enable usb debugging on your phone. plug usb cable to your laptop. And use Microsoft powershell to edit the toggles.

I believe you have restored an earlier backup when setting up your device. That's what caused the edit button to disappear. The edit button isn't generally backed up and when restoring it, it will be missing. There are a few methods to solve this :
