report that notice, and then in that appl. you must force close and clear all data, then reboot for the effect,,, if the effect no fix it try to uninstall update that app. and please report feedback for that app. is bug

If you're facing this System Launcher crash issue, you can try: Go to "Settings-Apps-Manager apps-System launcher-Uninstall updates".

if all the other instructions are confusing, try install Poco launcher if you can still access Play Store. It helps the phone to function again at least
