Hi all, My mi a3 is (was) eu version and i decided to flash the global android 10 version. So i unlocked bootloader, flashed fastboot global rom with April patch, then relocked bootloader again. To my surprise there arent so many bugs as i read everywhere in the forums. Probably cause of the clean flash i performed. Update 24/3:OTA works and i just received the latest V11.0.14.0 update (33mb). So far on the latest update: -The notification about customizing in settings menu doesn't go away . -Fingerprint scanner works flawlessly, i think it is a little faster than in the pie version. -battery life seems the same as pie for now. AOD display drains a little more, about 8% more over night. -Gestures work as intended(main reason for upgrading for me). -Didn't notice any problem with split screen or with multitasking. -wifi, 4g, phone calls, prox sensor work as intended. -no overheating at all until now. -Smoothness when scrolling and in animations is really good, as good as on pie. Im on android Q for about 4 days. Overall i believe that anyone got the update should factory reset their devices and many bugs will go off. Hope that in the near future we will receive better versions from the global channel OTA. |
