I just chatted with support but they don't have a solution yet. I had the following options: - send my phone to the service (it is less than one week older and I have to buy a new one) - send back to amazon (and very likely receive a new phone with the same issue) - send another report from feedback area and wait for un update I have just sent another report, please if you have the same issue send a report too, I hope this will be handled with very high priority |
