Thank you! I've tried this on my Mi 9T with Miui 11.0.4 but nothing change. Android System still on top %25 battery consumption. I think this is Rom related and many people having Android System issue with this Rom.

Hi Tom, it's a Redmi 4x, with Android 7.1.2.
Thanks!

On Nougat cmd package compile -r bg-dexopt -a does the same thing.

I used to change the compiler optimization filter, too, to "everything" instead of the default "speed".
You can do it via the command if using Oreo or Pie (or Android 10/Q) or you can change their build.prop values.
Here the filters are very well explained.
Hope it helps.

Does this process affects the performance? Or the notifications from whatsapp?
If I update to Android 10 will this command dissappear from the phone?

Thanks for the hint TomHenson.
I tried it as well (Redmi 4X on Android 7.1.2) with the command
adb shell cmd package compile -r bg-dexopt -a
I hope this is what crok meant above in #55.
Bit it didn't change much. Android system again on top of the drainer-list with 60% after some hours :-(
And additional ideas?
