Well, I'd say, enter CIT and run the test for main mic. If you see it's not working properly, head to the nearest service centre...

Im facing issues with my mic. when i call to someone. other party cant audible me. when they call me back they can listen me and working fine. i tested sound record. whatsapp call, everything is fine. what to do ?? i bought it just we weeks before. can any one help me on this ?

Its not a Hardware issue. Because call is perfectly working with Whatsapp and other VoIP services.

Yes, seems that its not a hardware problem, the only issue I have is at whatsapp video calls

Edit : I may have found a solution. If you are in WhatsApp press the mic button, turn it on and off so press twice. After that it should work, if not, end call and call again. Make sure no sound applications running in bg, such as discord, Spotify etc. I'm guessing software bug.
