Hi mi fan,s

Along with the increased capacity of the batteries, the devices we use are also optimized in terms of power consumption; however, the amount of battery charge is still a concern for users.  Although rapid battery drain has become a common occurrence in today's gadgets, this does not mean that we have to charge our device several times a day.  If your cell phone battery drains sooner than usual, it's best to find out why and find a solution.

1. Display

Since the birth of modern smartphones, the display has been one of the most widely used components of the phone.  The display panels of modern phones are becoming brighter and more colorful, increasing their sharpness.  While these improvements provide a better user experience, they also increase power consumption.  The display of your phone can be one of the main reasons for the battery draining fast.
Follow the steps below to check your battery usage:
1.Enter your device's Settings section.2.Select the Battery option.3.Tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.4.Touch the Battery usage option.5.Tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.6.Select Show full device usage.
Here you can check the battery consumption by different components of the phone.  In most cases, you will find that Display is in first place.

The problem is that display technology is advancing much faster than battery technology, and it is likely that in the coming years, more display energy consumption will become a bigger concern.  Until there is no improvement, the only way to save energy is to save money.

1.solutions
Reduce display brightness: Reduce brightness helps to save energy significantly. Using Adaptive Brightness: Adaptive brightness allows you to set your display brightness to a high level when needed, but it also reduces power consumption when you don't need high brightness. Reduce Display Refresh Rate: Some phones support a refresh rate above the current rate.  On most of these devices, you can lower the refresh rate in the Settings section. Reduce auto-lock time: By reducing auto-lock time, you will ensure that your display does not turn off in vain for a long time. Don't use live wallpapers: Live wallpapers, or Live Wallpapers, actually play a video permanently on your phone and save energy. Use Black Wallpapers: If your device is equipped with an AMOLED panel, you can reduce battery consumption by using dark wallpapers.  Because your device does not enable pixels corresponding to the black dots.
2.Improper antenna
Areas where the phone's antenna is inadequate act as a silent killer for the device's battery.  In such areas, the mobile phone constantly tries to connect to different telecommunication towers so that communication is not compromised.  It also consumes more power to connect you to the network when the device fails to communicate.
If you live in rural areas, live in large buildings, or often go to places with poor network coverage, your phone's battery will probably be depleted sooner.  In this case, you need to fix the problem fundamentally.
solutions

Operator change: The coverage provided by operators varies in different regions, cities and neighborhoods.  Research to find out which operator offers the best coverage in your area. Flight Mode: Using Flight Mode (Airplane Mode) turns off the phone's antenna.  By activating this mode, the phone will not attempt to connect to different telecommunication towers.  You can intelligently use this feature in areas where there is no proper network coverage.  Using automation tools like IFTTT to automatically enable area-based flight mode can also make it easier. Signal Boosters: Operators sometimes provide tools known as Network Extender or Signal Booster.  If you have been in an area with inadequate coverage for a long time, it is not bad to give an example of these tools.  By putting one of these tools at home or at work, you will be sure to get a strong signal.
3.Background apps and services
If your phone's battery drains quickly, it's best to check the apps.  Some applications consume more power than others.  The most obvious ones are apps like YouTube, Netflix and other streaming content services.  If you want to drain your phone's battery later, you should avoid games as games speed up battery drain.  This is especially true for games with high graphics.
Many apps also continue to consume power without being actively used.  Apps such as Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are among these.  Such apps, including communications services, always try to keep you up to date on the latest events and messages.  This will keep these apps running in the background permanently, use data communication, check your location, and send you notifications.  Of course we can't forget that we spend a lot of time reading the latest posts and reading and sending messages through these apps.
solutions

Minimize the number of installed apps: For example, the author of this article only uses about 5% of the apps installed on his phone.  However, many of these unused apps are still running in the background and wasting power.  So by removing such programs, we should get rid of them permanently. Prevent apps from running in the background: If you find that some apps are over-pressing the device's battery, it's best to limit their background activity.  Just select the battery management option in the list of apps in the phone's Settings section, and set the Background Activity feature to Restrict (keep in mind that the app's settings section for different phones  Android is different).  It should be kept in mind, however, that doing so may not work well with some app features. Closing Apps: We know that Android devices are designed to focus on multitasking, and shutting down apps can sometimes have a negative effect on battery life, but in some cases, shutting down apps can increase your chance of reducing battery consumption.  Some applications may over-charge the battery, malfunction, or even run errands.  In such cases, apps consume battery power for no reason.  In these situations, closing applications and re-running them can be a useful solution.  To do so in the Applications list in the Settings section, select the application you want and tap Force Stop. Be careful about your device usage: Sometimes we claim we want our device's battery life longer, but in practice we spend a lot of time playing, watching videos and surfing the social networks.  No wonder the battery drains quickly under these conditions.  So it's best to pay more attention to the apps we use and how long we use them.
Other battery related issues and recommendations

GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth: How much do you use these communication methods?  Some of us constantly keep the GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth options on, but we rarely use them.  Even if we have at least three of these features, they still consume some of the energy stored in the battery.  Just turn them off so that we can see the battery charge increase. Camera: Capturing images and videos is also one of the most widely used functions of our devices.  Avoiding the use of the camera can increase the charging time. Cold: Low temperatures can significantly affect the battery charge.  According to Roger Garney of Arctic Tech Solutions, low-temperature lithium-ion batteries cannot drain energy properly.  In addition, continuous low-temperature battery placement can cause permanent damage to the battery.  A good solution in such a situation is to keep the phone close to the body.  In this case, body heat will keep the phone warm. Software Updates: Some software updates carry energy-saving optimizations.  So it's best to keep your device up to date and use the latest version of apps.
