After software update, how to disable 'Themes'? - Mi 9T Pro - Xiaomi Community

Since downloading the latest software update, I now have something called 'Themes' which has gained access to my contacts, phone and storage. As I never allow anything that's I'm unsure of access to any of these, and it seems impossible to delete 'Themes', please can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

I didn't think themes worked when set to United Kingdom, i had to change region to set mine then put it back to UK.

Ok, then if you don't want it, just disable its permissions, sorted

Thanks folks.

Unfortunately, it won't allow me to disable its permissions. That's my problem. It just says 'Device requires this permission to operate' and won't let me change the 'Allow' to 'Deny'.

I've tried changing my region (to United States) and back but that still left it the same.
