Un-Brick Mijia Smart Home Security 1080p (MJSXJ05CM) - Mi Gadgets - Mi Community

Hello, I recently bought a camera Mijia (MJSXJ05CM) and I forced the firmware update via a bad file "tf_recovery.img" in the microsd.

For the moment, the diode remains in yellow so I can not reset.

Could you provide me the original recovery file please?

Hi !

I'm coming back because I disassembled the camera.
Now, I'd like to solder a serial port to get serial access and view (hopefully) where boot blocks.
The problem is that I do not know where are the pads TX0, RX0 and GND.

Can somebody help me please ? :D

Hi Jayah
I have one question regardings your problem.
What does it mean "bad file"? Does it mean, that your camera worked, but after you downloaded some file to upgrade the firmware, it got bricked? It means that it was caused by the updating..?
Or it got bricked, and you downloaded firmware file that did not work and you were searching for some other version?
I'm asking, because I'm strugling with some comunication issues and I would like to try the firmware update...
