Have you noticed that there are a lot of complaints about faulty devices in the UK community than the others? One question, no offence, is Xiaomi off loading their sub_quality or factory refurbished phones on our shore? I believe it all started when Mi.com starts to offer reduced price phones...............

I'm actually keeping a tally of these, and as well, monitoring comms in other languages. .. And I've found that the vast majority of these complaints, were from people who grey imported, or had a complaint after unlocking and fiddling with custom roms. And the trend is exacty the same on other comms.

We now have 4 Xiaomi devices in our home and have never had a single issue. All of our devices are global devices.

Good for you. I have three and they're very good phones indeed. And planing to get the Mi 9T Pro and the Redmi note 8 Pro, that's why I am asking this so call 'negative' question.
