The mi a3 as the Android one like the Google Pixel phones.
The ambient display(google's "Always on")
Is only for new incoming notifications ,
So is there any way to make it display alwyas?
Or maybe a software update that will include this useful option.

Can we get any solution regarding always on display/quote

Not really, Xiaomi deliberately removed always on display from stock Android to cripple the phone and punish people for choosing Android One instead of the adware MIUI.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The proper fix is to not buy a Xiaomi device :P, but if you've already made that mistake, you can unlock the bootloader and install twrp and magisk and install the AOD on AOSP module from Xda Developers website.
-------------–------------------------------------------------------
Be aware it will break OTA updates though, so you'll need to manually download and apply the updates.

I'm planning to wait until after Android 10 is released before I root mine.

The lines are because this useless forums strips formatting from my posts. Another crippled Xiaomi product I recommend not using.

You know what's even funnier? Now it's android 11 and they limited it again only when docked/charging. (Wtf does docking mean?) Anyways, the point is, shame on xiaomi.
