Assalamu Alaikum, What's up? I hope you are well by the grace of Allah/God. Alhamdulillah, I'm also fine. In my previous thread, I told you about Fastboot flashing by using Mi Flashing tool and advantage of Fastboot flashing. In this thread, I will repeat some important part and also show you, how you can flash your Xiaomi device without Flashing tool. I hope you will understand easily. ❒ Notes: If your device is Chinese edition then don't relock your device bootloader after flashing Global ROM or if you have Global edition then don't relock your device bootloader after flashing Chinese ROM. This way is only for Qualcomm device. If your device needs authorization flash then this way maybe not work. Backup your all data before flashing. ❒ Advantage: ● Can install official ROM. ● Switch Stable to Beta or Beta to Stable. ● Switch China ROM to Global ROM or Global ROM to China ROM. ● Remove Root and Custom recovery. ● Remove fake or custom ROM. ● Relock bootloader and much more. ❒ Requirements: ● Mi USB Driver. ● Unlocked Bootloader. ● Your device ROM. ● Fastboot Tool/SDK Platform Tool. ● Winrar / 7 Zip. ● USB Cable. ● Desktop or Laptop. So, without waste any more time. Let's began. First, install Mi USB Driver. If you don't know how to install it then follow this tutorial. 
Then unlock your Xiaomi device. It will take 3-15 days. If you want to unlock your device then follow this tutorial. 
Now download your device fastboot ROM from here. If you can't download fastboot rom from this site or faced any problem then send me a PM on Telegram. 
Extract your device fastboot ROM by using WinRar/7 zip or other software. If your device ROM format is gz/tg. Then edit your rom extension from gz/tg to tgz. 
Download Fastboot Tool/SDK Platform Tool and extract it. My personal opinion is the Fastboot Tool. ● Fastboot Tool:

Copy all files from the extracted Fastboot Tool/SDK Platform Tool folder and paste it on the extracted rom folder. 
Now turn off your device and hold press Power button + Volume down button (-) at the same time. After 2/3 seconds later your device automatically booted into the fastboot mode. If you face any problem then first Power off on your device then hold press volume down (-) button and connect your device with computer and wait 3/4 seconds. I hope this trick will work. 
Go to the extracted ROM folder and open "flash_all" bat file. If you want to lock your device bootloader then open "flash_all_lock" bat file. 
Now you can see a window like this. That means your device is flashing! It will take 3-10 minutes. After flashing your device will rebooting automatically. 
After rebooting your device connect it with WiFi or it can be connected with the internet by using sim 1. So, if you have any data on your sim 1, then remove your two sims before flashing. Now type your Mi Account password, select language, region (Global ROM), verify Google account. If you want to skip this problem then remove your Mi and Google account before flashing.
