[Other] Mi Band 4 sleep tracking times are one hour ahead

Hello guys,

My Mi Band 4 tracks sleep relatively accurately, but the actual times are one hour out.

If I sleep from 10pm to 6am, it records that I slept from 11pm to 7am.

It still accurately records the 8 hours sleep, but the start and end times are one hour ahead.

It's like it hasn't recognised the UK BST change of the clocks (or something?).

Would anybody have a suggestion to try and get this right please?

Thank you!

I don't have one myself but a couple of the other mods do - I'll ask them if they have the same issue! :-)

Many thanks, I am grateful.  It's not a major functioning issue but it is a niggling one!

I bought the global/UK version from China if that makes any difference.

Cheers!

Nope. Mine is Global version purchased from Aliexpress and there is no time shift in the start and stop of the sleeping record. I'm also in a GMT+1 time zone, and this doesn't cause any problems.

Hello Mi Fan, yes it is in several places reports, I have 3, I verified that 2 of them happen. But, it's sporadic and it's not just bedtime, it's also time to update heart measurement. only after 18:00. So don't worry, believe the next firmware update is already fixed.

did you enable (sleep assitant) options under hear rate detection ?? this will help to get accurate data from sleep monitor

When using the Mi Band 4, the only effect enabling anything to do with heart rate detection (sleep assistant etc) has is to drain the battery quicker.  It has no effect on anything at all.  No improved accuracy and I still have the one hour discrepancy in sleep times.

The 5 hour difference and the WC recordig issue is strange and is something I have not encountered before.  Sorry I can't help....
