My Mi Band 4 tracks sleep relatively accurately, but the actual times are one hour out.
If I sleep from 10pm to 6am, it records that I slept from 11pm to 7am.
It still accurately records the 8 hours sleep, but the start and end times are one hour ahead.
It's like it hasn't recognised the UK BST change of the clocks (or something?).
Would anybody have a suggestion to try and get this right please?
