Will Xiaomi give us any solution?

Another affected here by this update phone brick. I don't want to break warranty so I'm not trying any bootloader unlock etc to recover it manually.

Already called for Warranty service. Let's see what happens next.

Thats the answer from Xiaomi India. Truth is Xiaomi Europe has no real support. Go through retailer and if they refuse, consider lawsuit. Xiaomi are the ones responsible for this since they pushed an untested update. Judging by how this  has been handled so far they might just try to ignore it and hope it disappears, without helping those with broken phones. Somebody should gather real names of people who have broken devices from this for potential lawsuit.
