[Q&A] Redmi Note 5 freezes several times after the Android Pie update?

**********EDIT::::Update: I returned the Android from the Pie to the Oreo by EDL mode and all problems are gone.  If someone wants help, send me a message.************ Anyone else have the same problem? After updating Redmi Note 5 to the Android Pie, it started freeze several times a day (not just the apps, the whole phone itself.) When you're using it, you can not do anything else, the buttons stop and I need to press the power off button for a long time to force the reboot and so the cellphone works again, because if you stay waiting it goes more than half an hour and it is still in infinite freeze. Does anybody go through the same or have they gone through this?  What should I do?  It all started happening after I upgraded to Android Pie.
(Sorry if I wrote something wrong, I'm Brazilian and I depend on Google Translate)

I also don't have any Issues Like that ! It runs super smooth ! You can try to Install the Rom Package again, by Updater, Just choose First Option, Download latest Package ! Or Do You have installed any new Apps shortly that can cause that !? The very Last Option would be a Factory Reset, If nothing helps !

I did a Factory Reset and it did not work.  The phone continues to freeze and this message appears: "The system process is not responding".  All this after being upgraded to Android 9. What should I do?  I need help, I can not use my phone!

I have this same problem with my Redmi Note 5! Except it freezes when I'm charging it and a little time after unplugging the charger. And it doesn't show any error, it just freezes and screen doesn't respond to any touches. Don't know what to do, it's kinda pissing me off

I did the process as you said, it's still the same.  I had to restart several times until I could return here to talk about what happened.  And I have no idea how to change the ROM of the phone and much less how to go back to the previous Android.
