[Q & A] Which Mi 9 have I bought?

So how do I find out exactly where did I buy my Mi9 from if I wanted to fix it for warranty? I purchased my one from eBay before it hit the UK lands but interestingly enough I ended getting the official UK charger that comes in the box. Would appreciate anyone can help me on this.

Did you buy it on ebay from a reseller or an individual? If the former, maybe ask them?

eBay reseller as mentioned on post. There's an issue with the screen. I have messaged them, waiting for an answer.

The global stock from Hong Kong comes with a UK charger, as it used to be a UK territory. Yours could be from there. If you need work done under warranty, your first point of call would be the ebay seller, as its them with whom you have a contract.

Ah yes, that's what I was thinking too. So potentially I may not able to claim warranty.

Possibly. I'd contact the seller and see what their warranty repair procedure is. If they aren't forthcoming, I'd be prepared to start a PayPal dispute, if you are within the time limit.

I'm passed the limit. It's been over a month I believe.
