Screen my my MAX 3 is unresponsive? - Mi Max 3 - Mi Community

I just tried to pick up the call and it looks like my screen is unresponsive. It just happened. How do I fix this problem???
It looks like the power button is working, volume up and button is working, finger sensor is working but when I touch the screen nothing happens.

Maybe I should be more precise with my answer. I use latest Global stable version MIUI Global 10.3.1.0

Yes I did. After some searching on the net I finally found out that you have to hold power button for the phone to reboot. However after reboot, I still have no access to the screen. Need the phone for tomorrow and I'm going crazy here.

There is no service centers for Xiaomi Mi Max 3 in North America so I throw it to the garbage. I never dropped the phone yet the screen stopped working withing 3 months of use. The quality of Mi MAX 3 speaks for itself. With all the software issues, unnecessary and the software bug ridden MIUI 9 or 10 and now hardware issues this means no more Xiaomi phones for me.
