I have 2 cases regarding delivery by Fedex. For the 1st time, I have an issue for the Mi3 sets. It had been hold at HQ for about 7 days. After I lodge 3 times of complains to the customer service, then they can arrange the delivery immediately. Usually by UPS it will take about 5-7 days but by Fedex it took the Mi3 to arrive to my doorsteps for about 2 weeks.
2nd time I have bad experience with Fedex. My order on Power Bank normally arrived at office on the next week Tuesday, but with Fedex,the item was hold atHQ for this two days and estimated to deliver on 24 July 2014 (today). But,this morning when I check the tracking status, the ETA was changed from 24th to 31st of July. When I called the customer service for clarification, they said that they had deal with Xiaomi China and the ETA changed from 24th to 31st. I'm so mad because I put delivery address at my office. If the item arrived on 31st, i'm on leave for Raya holiday. When I'm demand the item to be delivered by today or tomorrow, they said they cannot do anything or I have to self-collect at Kota Damansara. I'm so pissed of when know that Xiaomi China agreed to change the ETA date. But, I have to wait the item arrive next week and ask my officemate to sign the received item.
Guys, are u also face same problem as mine?
