In today's fast-paced world, we are finding ourselves always deeply engrossed in work. From schools to corporate offices, it's only work that is driving our lives. We are striving hard to meet our goals by putting up a valuable asset - our health at stake. Conventionally, gym and diet plans have come to our rescue but it seems a little difficult to rely on them solely. The newest alternative is to keep a track of our physical activities 24/7 which would contribute in maintaining and promoting good health.
Walking and running seems to be one of the most preferred exercises as it doesn’t need any special training or accessories apart from a pair of running shoes. Moreover, good health is also boosted by the quality of sleep an individual takes. Thanks to modern fitness trackers which have a provision to track down your step count on the go and also gauge your sleep patterns. If you are currently using Mi Band 1 or Mi Band 2 then it's time to highlight the fitness guru within you!
How to participate
Both Mi Band 1 and Mi Band 2 users can participate
In order to win Fitness Guru medal all you need to do is upload 2 screenshots of your activity from Mi Fit app. Sample screenshots are attached below.
1. Set 8000+ steps as a goal for a day. Complete this activity and upload the screenshot.
2. Share your sleep stats by wearing Mi Band for a night.

What To Win
Every reply with valid screenshots will be awarded a ‘Fitness Guru’ medal.
Criteria for evaluation
Entries can be submitted till 25th April and medal with be distributed after assessing the entries within 2-3 days.
