I already open a ticket on support, but the answers are always the same clear data, format, backup, restore, it's always the same "music", they seem like robots.
There is in fact a bug in the camera application. I've already tested the same situation with a third-party application, and it does not.
Do a simple test, empty the folder DCIM that is the folder where the application records the photographs, you will see that the application works normally.
Now if you have like me if you have about 700 photos in this folder, what you say happens will happen.
It's sad that they do not admit a simple BUG to access the photo library ....
on Redmi note 4, and Redmi note 5 Pro, with the same SD Card, and the same number of photos work like a charm, the bug is in the camera aplication is for sure. In the gallery app i see all photos without any problem
