This is not a comprehensive guide to all the settings and options as there are dozens of them via the diagnostics menu, have a play around with it but be warned changing some of the settings without knowing what they do may cause issues!If your device is having problems with the proximity sensor, speakers, touch screen and many other components of the Xiaomi device this may resolve the problems or at least identify the hardware fault. To begin, enter the dial menu and dial *#*#6484#*#* ![]() Once you have entered the code press the green dial button. ![]() Now you will be presented with the diagnostics menu or hardware test as shown. ![]() From here you can select individual test to conduct on the device, when one is complete it will move on to the next test item having marked it as passed or failed.To enter the settings menu from the diagnostic screen tap on the top right overflow menu button ![]() You will now be presented with the option to choose additional tools, tap this to proceed. ![]() ![]() |
