1. Xiaomi Signs Partnership Agreement With Warner For Best Music Experience

Xiaomi and Warner Music Group jointly announced the signing of music copyright cooperation agreement, which was officially declared on 14th March 2017. The Warner Music is one of the world's three major record giants, and now they have joined hands with Xiaomi to directly establish copyright cooperation, embrace the new digital music industry model. The partnership is therefore a huge deal for Xiaomi.

Xiaomi has joined with Warner, Universal, Sony which are the three major international record companies and other music companies to bring the best music experience to their users. With the start of the collaboration, users can listen to international brands such as linkin Park, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Jason Mraz and Michael Buble musical work.

2. Redmi Note 4 One Million Units Sold In Just 45 Days in India

Mi India has sold more than one million units of Redmi Note 4 in 45 days from its first sale on January 23rd, 2017. Xiaomi is setting one record after the other, Redmi Note 4 which was launched In India on 19th January has seen tremendous response from the Indian market  and has successfully become the first smartphone to sell more than one million units in India in the shortest time which equals to 1 device every 4 seconds.

These sales numbers come hardly as a surprise as the phone's predecessor Redmi Note 3 was one of the most sold devices in India last year. With this achievement Redmi Note 4 sales has now broked the previous record of 2016 when the Redmi Note 3 was the most shipped smartphone sold online in any quarter, according to IDC figures.

3. Xiaomi Sub-brand MiJia Annual Revenue Reached 15 Billion Yuan

Xiaomi have always had a profound interest in producing smart gadgets beyond just smartphones and tablets. Xiaomi has actually stretched out to every corner, especially in the smart hardware under the Mijia platform. In the end of 2016, Lei Jun has publicly stated that mi intelligent hardware ecological chain 2016 annual revenue is expected to reach 15 billion yuan. 4. Xiaomi Releases A Brand New Multi-purpose Fitness Equipment Priced at 1299 Yuan

The Xiaomi and partnerships sub-brands have mushroomed in recent years. We saw the presentation of the most diverse commodities, from vases to water filters, the LED lamps Smart Balance, but the company does not stop and has just launched the funding campaign for a fitness multi-tool. The new product was developed in collaboration with Eggplant, named Move It. 5. Xiaomi To Launch New Redmi Series Smartphones On March 20

Xiaomi is expected to launch a new Redmi series of smartphones in New Delhi on March 20. The company has already mailed media invites to all journalists, Mi Fans and bloggers. 6. Xiaomi Brings Mi MIX and More to Vietnam in Company’s Latest Expansion

Xiaomi has launched its brand in the market of Vietnam on 15th March 2017, they brought series of very popular smartphones Mi Mix, Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4A. Xiaomi has officially introduced Digiworld as their distributor of products and its service in Vietnam and given a document signed with the participation of Mr. Thieu Phuong Name (general manager of Qualcomm Vietnam South), Wang Xiang (senior vice president, Xiaomi), Mr. Doan Hong (the Chairman and general manager of Digiworld) and other Xiaomi's major partners and representatives.

Xiaomi products will be available at retailers nationwide and through the online shopping platform Lazada exclusively. The new partnership is going to provide warranty support only for the original owner of the device, not to anyone else to avoid a resale market.

In addition, Xiaomi also introduced community page c.mi.com/vn and Mi Community applications to connect users with each other and share their love for Xiaomi and it's products.

7. Xiaomi Yunmi X5 Purifier Releases at 8,999 yuan

8. 5 Xiaomi devices tops the chart in latest Antutu data in China

Xiaomi is the most popular brand on Antutu and the Mi5 smartphone is number one in the list with 115,132 scores. Mi5 which is one-year-old device crushed the latest Oneplus 3T and even its own siblings the Mi5s and the Mi5s plus. Mi5 is the most popular device under $300 price segment due to its overall specifications and innovative 4 axis gyroscope camera sensor.

Surprisingly, The Redmi Note 3 is still in the list of top 10 devices with 40441 scores. It was the most popular smartphone globally in Antutu's 2016 data due to its huge success in India and China. It is the fourth Xiaomi device in the list.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is launched in the start of this year in India. In the first flash sales around 2,50,000 units were sold out in less than 10 minutes. The company have also announced this week that more than 1 million units of Redmi Note 4 is sold in just 45 days. Now comes the big moment for those who are eagerly waiting to grab the phone, it is now available though offline stores across 700+ stores.

Xiaomi India have announced that, the company have partnered with many different offline vendors to make the phone available in most of the locations in India. The offline price will be slightly higher than the online price, but that will be minimal considering the waiting time for many. The announcement comes ahead of the planned media event, where company is expected to launch new products in Redmi series.
