[Sales] Complaint / Grievance against Mi India Customer Helpline Defected Redmi Note 4.

I ordered a Redmi Note 4 on 1st Feb 2017(ORDER ID :5170201226505982), when i received it i found it faulty. Immediately i contacted the MI customer care.
When i requested to replace the faulty piece, with a new piece, this is the copy pasted line that they put in every mail
  "We would like to inform you that your issue has been escalated to the relevant team so we would like to request to you kindly wait for some more time we will get back to you as soon as possible"

Now they have even stop responding to my mails & phone calls.
This is an  ethical behavior my MI India, wherein they have first given me a faulty product , and now instead of replacing it with a new piece, they have  even stopped responding to my mails & phone calls.

pls get this issue resolved and stop harassing your customers.

I suggested to others buyers dont buy any product from mi india.Very bad cutomer service.After more than 15 days i dont get replacement.

Same seen happen with me, I had booked mi note 4 on 29 sept & received on 03/10. The piece is damaged & charger also get heated. I complaint on customer care but no reply from them. Hopeless Service. Can anyone help me for this, Almost 15 days had passed

Courier reject delivering shipments and mi India provides no response for the deliver of the products. So this seem to be a stqandard issue you guys create. I ordered an MI max 2 and it was  a faulty devidce delivered to me. I am chasing your custoemr care since 4 days to get it replaced. I have raised complaint within 24 hours of receiving the hand set. My incident number is 171124-017455

Why dont you guys improve your custoemr service?? reaching top is easy but maintaining is not easy. If you screw up customers, you will loose out on the long run. Pls resolve my issue

I really disappointed with mi and this is my last my phone now  i have mi note 4 and this phone have earphone plugin problem when i show to ur eployee they told me this is chargable becouse this is outer body they said me they have to change my phone mother board then i said no to him and i show my phone to local shop he repair my phone without money only using air in earphone jack
