[Q&A] calendar reminder notification sound

Hi,
In my calendar settings, i have changed notification sound to "Betelgeuse" , but still my reminders pop up with system default notification sound only.

Can someone help me.

Hi, restart your set Once a time after change notification sound, it could b helpful to you... if problem still presist get back to here again, we will try solve your problem.

even after restarting it's not happening.
same default sound is coming and also no vibration in reminder even it's enabled on calendar settings.

it's an Oero update issue I have searched for solutions but couldn't find any solution. I will keep searching once found I will definitely reply back

To have notification sound please select Importance as high. If it set as urgent, pops up as a notification with system default tone.

i am facing the same. have set many events and reminders in calender and set notification also. But on the date of the reminder, there is no notification. Due to this i am missing out many important things. This bloody Oreo be update and stock android is Missing out on many important features which a phone requires.
